These terms govern use of the Keirolabs web search API, the MCP server, the metered cloud browsers and this site. They are written to be read.
By creating an account, calling the API, connecting the MCP server, or otherwise using Keirolabs (“we”, “us”, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Keirolabs is a web search API for AI agents. One API covers SERP search, clean page extraction with optional JSON schema output, multi-source research with citations, and AI answers with sources. A metered cloud browser handles JavaScript-heavy pages, and an MCP server exposes the same tools to agent clients. Current behavior, rate limits and pricing are published in the dashboard and at keirolabs.cloud/pricing, and may change as the product evolves.
Create an account with an email address. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for everything done with them, and you may not share keys across separate business entities. Usage is metered in credits. The free tier provides 750 credits per month with no card required; credits are a unit of usage, not currency or property, and unused credits do not roll over unless we say otherwise in writing.
Paid plans and pay-as-you-go rates are listed at keirolabs.cloud/pricing. Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor on your plan’s cycle. Promotional codes, such as KEIRO20, apply only as stated at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Fees already incurred for usage are not refunded. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
The metered cloud browser service renders and interacts with real pages. Browser minutes and bandwidth are billed as shown on the pricing page. Use cloud browsers only for lawful access. We may block targets used for abuse.
The MCP server exposes the same tools under the same rules. Keys used in MCP client configuration are API keys: treat them the same way. MCP traffic is metered like any other API traffic.
Our published benchmarks, including 95.3 on SimpleQA and 78 percent on FinanceBench, describe the runs documented in the reports at keirolabs.cloud/Deep-search and keirolabs.cloud/financebench. Individual results vary with query mix, evaluation method and upstream conditions. Benchmarks are evidence, not a guarantee.
You keep all rights to content you retrieve with the Service. We keep all rights to the Service, its software and the Keirolabs brand. Nothing in these terms transfers either side’s intellectual property beyond the limited access granted here.
Search results and extracted content come from third parties. We do not endorse, warrant or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality or availability of that content. Respect the terms of the sites and providers you query.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that results will always be correct or complete.
To the extent permitted by law, Keirolabs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the Service and cancel any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for nonpayment, abuse of the Service, or breach of these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your keys stop working.
If we change these terms we update the effective date at the top. Material changes are announced on the site or by email to account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
